We ship anywhere around the world!  Each item will be boxed ready for gifting. It will be carefully packaged with padding and send to you in a bubble wrap envelope. We ship via Canada Post.

For items $800 and up. Please email us at info@suttonsmithworks.com regarding items $800 and up (in-stock items, special orders, custom orders), we recommend shipping this via FedEx.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process items.

CUSTOM ENGAGEMENT RINGS/ WEDDING BANDS: Please allow three to six weeks. The complexity of the project will determine just how much time will be required.

Purchased items online or in-store may be returned for refund within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Item must be returned in its original condition. The item cannot have been worn, sized, changed, or altered in any way.

Personalized, Special order and Custom order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
